This brace is truly worth every penny. I was hesitant to purchase due to the cost, but as stated it's worth it. I wear it running and post for recovery, in addition to the compression, there is a pad in which the tendon fits to keep the tendon in place and compressed. Great brace, I'm back to 15 miles a week and very happy

Getting old bites and I started having problems with my achilles which began to limit not only my ability to run, but walk first thing in the morning. Since I live to run I was desperate to find something, or do something to "fix" the problem. Luckily my running shoe guys told me about this company and I found this brace. It was an expensive "try", but I went for it, even tho other brace type things I had tried, failed. And I'm glad that I did. I could feel a difference the first 3 miles that I tested it. In about a week, I actually almost forgot to put it on for my run. I got up one morning and realized that I didn't have the usual soreness in my achilles that I usually do. I still run with both the brace and the heel supports. I remove them when I'm done and I don't need them when I walk. This is a quality product that, as I said, worked for me. I would and have recommended this company to my friends.
