Our return policy is as simple as it gets. If you don't like it, send it back. If it wears out early, we'll replace it. Here's the nitty gritty:

We are so confident that you'll love our product that we offer a no questions asked 30-day money back guarantee. if you are unhappy with your CEP product for any reason within the first 30 days, we'll gladly give you a full refund. To coordinate your return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at customerservice@cepcompression.com or you can call us toll-free at 888-519-2338. Please note: If you purchased your CEP product from one of our retailers, you'll need to coordinate the return with them.

6-month compression guarantee
We guarantee the compression of our products for 6 months from the date of purchase. If for any reason during that time, you feel your socks are no longer providing the proper level of compression, simply contact us and following the evaluation, we'll coordinate a replacement. To coordinate your replacement, please contact our customer service team via email at customerservice@cepcompression.com or you can call us toll-free at 888-519-2338. Please note: If you purchased your CEP product from one of our retailers, you'll need to coordinate the evaluation & replacement with them. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most returns are processed within 2-3 weeks upon mailing. We do offer prepaid return labels for your convenience. To obtain a prepaid SmartLabel for returns, please contact our customer service team. A $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for use of the prepaid label. If you choose to ship it via other means, please be sure to use a traceable, insured method to ensure arrival to our facility. If using a prepaid SmartLabel, simply apply the label to the package and hand it to your postman. To request a special pickup, visit www.usps.com or call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). At this time we are unable to offer prepaid return labels for Canadian orders. Refunds may take 4-10 business days to post to your account after processed. For more information regarding credits to your account, please contact your card issuer or payment processor.
